Should I get these graded?

So I pulled some random packs (like 100+ of them) that I found in my storeroom from like 20 years ago!!

This is what I got the bottom right card looks like super shiny like idk how to describe it, it looks like a holo but it’s more sparkly. Is this dark magician? If so do I grade it? I can’t even search it on collectr for some reason
