How do I make receiving payments easier?

So I have a small business where I make designs for shirts, promotional items, etc…

My friend work in a health department & I’ve been designing & making various shirts & sweatshirts for the health department for a little over a year now.

I make the mockup & she will show it to her coworkers & she will write a list out of how many & if they paid or not, give me the list, I’ll make the products, & I’ll receive the payments when my friend can give me it. (Btw, she has never been late with them, it’s usually over like 3days from when she gives me the order & the time I start). My issue that I have is that I will get payments from various of digital payments (Venmo, Cash App, etc for example) & cash payments. So it’s a lot of different sources to keep up with.

So how do I receive payments that can be collected in one spot? I understand cash will always be separate & I’m fine with that. But how can I get all of these digital payments collected in one area? Like with Shop Pay or Square, or is there a QR I can use that they can use? All of the ones that I have seen, I have to be present or create a ticket & I don’t always know how many until she gives me the list & some have already paid her by the time I get it? TIA
