Trying to validate a product idea before I spend money on it. Would appreciate some honest feedback.

I own a therapeutic bodywork practice in Castle Rock, Colorado, and I'm considering adding a small botanical apothecary as an extension of the business.

I'm starting by testing three small-batch loose-leaf herbal tea concepts, with the possibility of eventually expanding into things like herbal salves, tinctures and other botanical preparations.

I've made the mistake before of building something first and finding out afterward that there wasn't enough demand, so this time I'm trying to validate the idea before buying ingredients, packaging or inventory.

I'm specifically trying to distinguish between “this sounds like a nice idea” and “I would actually spend money on this.” I'd appreciate either kind of feedback, including reasons you think the concept wouldn't work.
