My tierlist on the most annoying champs in mayhem based on poke capability.
-TF is in A because of the hologram Q (S+ annoyance) which is borderline unplayeable but he doesnt get it every game.
- Karthus and Ashe can have high potential with infinite recursion, purist, etc. but I can count how many games I've played against them with less than 20sec ult.
- Tahm need ethereal weapon which is rare for me to play against and he is mostly full tank
- MF doesn't deal much damage but is very annoying
- The ones in D tier have easily dodgeable skill shots
