What’s the Delhi Equivalent of Bangalore’s Sports & Hobby Communities?

Hey Delhi folks!

My family recently moved to Paschim Vihar, although I personally live in Bangalore and only visit Delhi from time to time.

I was curious, **how do people in Delhi usually spend their evenings and weekends?**

In Bangalore, I’m pretty regular with sports and there’s a really active community around it. Apps/platforms like **Playo, GameTheory, etc.** have plenty of regular games, and it’s quite easy to find people to play badminton, football, pickleball, cricket, tennis, etc.

Is there something similar in Delhi that’s actually active? Any apps, communities, WhatsApp groups, or places where you can just join games and meet people?

And beyond sports, I’m also looking for things to do in the evenings/weekends. Bangalore has a lot of things like:

One-time workshops and creative classes
Pottery / painting / DIY workshops
Bouldering & climbing gyms
Running clubs & cycling communities
Board game / gaming communities
Cooking, coffee, mixology, etc. workshops
One-time experiences/pop-ups
Wellness/fitness experiences
Interesting talks, meetups & community events
Stand-up comedy, open mics, live music, etc.

Just generally places where you can go alone or with a couple of friends and end up meeting people
For example, things like **Ultrahuman Labs, bouldering gyms, experience centres, community events, weekend workshops**, etc. are pretty easy to find in Bangalore.

**What are the Delhi equivalents?** Especially around **West Delhi / Paschim Vihar**, but I’m happy to travel across Delhi/NCR for something genuinely worth doing.

Also interested in **less obvious/offbeat recommendations**, not just the usual CP, Hauz Khas, India Gate, etc.

Not trying to compare Delhi and Bangalore at all, I’ve just gotten used to having a lot of these communities and activities around me in Bangalore and was wondering what the Delhi version of that looks like.
