My desktop wont Boot after cleaning

Motherboard: Asus B660M-P D4

GPU: Geforce RTX Dual-RTX 3060

CPU: Intel I7 (not 100% on this cant read the label)

Power: Huntkey 600W

RAM: 2 8GB DDR4-3200

OS: Windows 10

After cleaning my PC an orange light from the motherboard came on and it refused to do anything after that.

The light turns on immediately, the very second the PC gets power the orange light turns on.

After researching it seemed to be a VRAM issue, I tried every config of RAM I could and the issue persists.

I tried inspecting the CPU for bent pins and none appeared to be bent.

Ive attempted to reset the CMOS battery multiple times to no improvement. I would have loved to flash the bios but the board does not have that.

My only thoughts are to try new RAM sticks or try and reseat the power cables. Maybw try and clear the CMOS one more time.
