G-HSV1, maybe? Please advise

Question?

How would you disclose my rare, freak scenario situation?

2 years ago:
- Got oral HSV-1 on my nose, didn’t know what it was
- Doctor misdiagnosed it for something else
- Unprotected sex 3 weeks later, negative panels
- Cervical pain, tons of white discharge, numb labia, burning sensations in my vulva, no visible sores
- EBV reactivation detected, positive ANA, positive HSV-1 test, guy negative for 1/2
- Crawling sensations in trigeminal nerve and down legs
- 20 swabs of genital area, no proof it was that but this strong belief that I autoinnoculated myself

Now:
- Spent 2 years in doctor’s offices with neck cracking, joint cracking everywhere, burning in perineum, crawling sensations, rashes, individual red dots
- Meet a guy who is crazy about me, I have no idea what to tell him.
- I disclose I have HSV-1, but didn’t specify it was genital but he vaguely knew I had some health issues that are autoimmune, I have constant genital nerve sensations so it felt like an omission

Did I do the right thing disclosing just HSV-1?

Should I mention being suspicious of G-HSV1 if there’s 0 proof and having so many doctors test me negative?

Should I explain this entire story each time?

This thing has ruined my life for 2 years now 😔
