POSTPARTUM HIVES

i am 1 year and 9 months postpartum and and still breastfeeding i have severe rash on my lower breast up to my lower tummy and i search it in google i see postpartum hives they are very look a like and also i have something in my lower underarm looks like a patch rashes and this two never gone when i started breastfeeding PLEASE RECO SOME OINTMENT OR MEDICINE THAT I CAN TAKE i cant afford derma too expensive here in province and also i search in tiktok what they used to treat this andrea brillantes older sister say she use aveeno i am using it for a month nothing happens i am so insecure about my body now i can’t even wear sando PLEASE HELP
