Does this tooth need to be removed?

This is Emi. She hasn’t been acting herself for a few days (not eating much, not drinking much, lazing around) and has been pawing at her mouth. She has also been pulling her lips back randomly. Decided to take a look at her teeth and noticed this. I have given her hard nylabone chews, but have since tossed them after noticing this. Is this a slab fracture that needs to be examined by the vet? She’s never had a dental, before.
