High end monitor reimbursement in an industrial technology degree??

I am in an industrial technology degree, and we’ve got some pretty high preferred requirements for monitors, CAD/cam, solid works, etc..

The monitors that the school prefers us to have aren’t cheap. Does anybody know if there’s a cap on what the VRC will let us spend and reimburse us for?
