BSN for international students

Advice

Helloo!
I’m intending to apply to bsn programs in ontario next month and i was wondering what are some of the best bsn programs here (that obv accept international students). I don’t just mean being the very best academically —although that is still important to me— but also in terms of cost of tuition/living, post graduation prospects, being able to balance both school and social life, etc.
It’s especially important that the costs be relatively on the lower end, preferably under 30-40k/yr (including tuition+housing and other very basic necessities). I’d also be open to applying to unis that aren’t that cheap but happen to offer scholarships. For reference, of my academics (for the people that understand the british schooling system) i got all a * s in my gcses, predicted A * A* AA in my a levels (A *s in biology and psychology and As in chemistry and maths) i’ve also done an internship under a charge nurse in one of, if not the best hospital in the country i live in, and an internship at a veterinary clinic.
Even just current bsn students telling me about their experience in their university would be extremely helpful 🙏🙏 thank uu!!!
