Using AI for feedback. Good or bad?

So I don't use AI to come up with ideas. What I try and do is I will write as much as I can on an idea down. Then I'll put it into chat GPT or claud and say:

"Hey where are the holes in this?"

What is a way I can revise this better to say *blank*"

Do you guys think that that is fundamentally wrong doing that? Because the way I see it, it's kinda just like bouncing your ideas off a real person, but I'm obviously by myself.

But I'm curious on yall's opinions
