Anyone have any insight on how your background check can affect your ability to get hired as an OMR?

I just accepted a job offer for an L4 OMR role. I’m a bit nervous about my background check because I have a possession of paraphernalia (class C misdemeanor) charge from 5 years ago. Do yall think this might get me denied?
