ringside pass

ok, what's the deal? I went to claim my ringside pass rewards, but I consistently get a message saying I need to be online...

1. PC/Steam

2. I am most definitely online... I was able to download something off steam, I'm able to write this post, am able to watch youtube, etc.... so why am I being told I have to be online get my ringside pass rewards?
