Did I make a huge mistake?

Hello everyone so I’m in my second semester of my mba and I’m doing organizational management with project management however, I was originally doing Ai business strategy but I switched it to project management due to the course material and requirements. I feel like I made a mistake however I’m a student with adhd and it was too much for me. The class was very unorganized and I changed my minor for my mba. Do you guys think I can make good money? And can I go for an AI business certification?

I thought this would be a great decision however I regret my change but I couldn’t handle the course.
