Help with Upgrading K1 SE with Enclosure

I need to print a few AVS items.

I ordered the enclosure for the K1 SE off amazon.

I am having issues locating the correct exhaust fan and thermistor. Unless my searching ability stinks, I did not see anything on the creality website. I saw two on Amazon but they only had like 30 reviews?

Can anyone help me locate the correct exhaust fan, thermistor, and whatever else I need to upgrade my K1 SE for an enclosure to print AVS.

And as a bonus, if you can direct me to some great videos or instructions on the install and firmware steps I need to take, that would be great!
