Looking for shapers that specifically help with the fat on my hips above my butt

There is probably a word for it that would probably help me search this sub, but I don't know it, sorry. Would it be love handles? But in the back, not to the sides?

Anyway, I have shapers that help with tummy control. I just want some help with my silhouette in sun dresses, etc
