All the images disappeared while editing the text...

I was correcting spelling errors in the post I shared, but when I pressed the "save" button, all the images disappeared, and when I pressed the edit button again, they started appearing as (not visible in the text).

from the ''edit''

And when I tried to paste the image again (ctrl+v), it wasn't accepted, but there are other Redditors who did the same thing in the same subreddit... Can someone help me about this?
