Due to father name mismatch in Last SIR , I got a SIR notice to submit proof of relationship with parents

I have applied for SIR 2026 Karnataka based on my father's name last SIR 2002. I have also received my name in the draft SIR. But today I got a call from BLO asking to submit proof and visit a hearing tomorrow as per the below reason:

Due to mismatch in the father name in the current electoral and previous SIR filled in the enumeration form.

You might be linked to the current electoral roll incorrectly.

My father's name in 2002 SIR is not the same as his present name due to spelling mistakes. Also my father's name got deleted in the current electoral due to correction in the name.

What are my options to show the proof of relationship with parents ?

I have a birth certificate , passport and sslc marks card.

They are asking me to upload documents supporting proof of relationship with parents. And proof of relationship with grandparents.

How to prove this ? What are my legal options here. ?

TL,DR, I got notice for SiR to prove a relationship with parents and grandparents due to the father's name mismatch in the last SIR. I need to know how to handle this legally.
