Softlocked out of getting 112%?

So, with the recent release of Silksong, I decided I would get back into Hollow Knight and finally complete the game. And since I'm completionist and I was already so far in my previous save file, I decided I'd try for 112 % completion.

The issue is that I seem to be softlocked out of getting the right half of the Kingsoul charm. Although I don't remember it too well, I feel like I completed the White Palace and saw the Pale King's throne (I have screenshots of me in the White Palace, just not in the throneroom). However, I don't have the Kingsoul fragment and all of the paths in the White Palace (the two to the left and the one to the right) are blocked off by a white barrier.

Am I completely softlocked out of getting all of the charms? I really would not like to start over on a new file because I only have the Trial of the Fool, the Pantheons, and of course getting all of the charms until I can get 112%. Any advice?
