Are the server absolutely cooked or is it just me?

For the last 10 days or so, my game has been atrociously laggy, literally any minor gun fights result is me lagging a lot, jumping off things acts like I hit some invisible ceiling and immediately drop.

I have 500mbps internet and the PS5 is pulling 150mbps.

Genuinely asking if this is a me problem or not? Because my internet speeds seem totally fine — it’s unplayable for me atm combined with soloQ ranked, it’s making me just not want to play at all these days which even I’m surprised I’m at this point!
