Game chat and Matchmaking

I don’t know if it’s just me and my friend, but matchmaking is really bad.We load into a game, there will be a Michael in the lobby, and no one else joins.Even when people join, no one is speaking in game chat.Ive probably put about 5ish hours into the game, and have probably heard maybe 3 people.Im really enjoying the game, but the lack of communication in game chat is quite pooey.
