I love my nothing 3a, but there is one thing that bothers me

I've tried to keep my screen time down for the past few weeks and it would help me if the colors weren't as bright. Now before you tell me that i should just use Grayscale, it doesn't work for me. I want something between graysvale and how it normally is. And yes i have the colors on standard instead of alive.

TL;DR: is there any way to make the colors more dull but not completely gray?
