Slow pc and a lot of error of damaged disk

My ADATA SU630 SATA SSD, after 7 years of use, is starting to have major problems: its speed has decreased significantly and I’m experiencing constant lag.

I ran CHKDSK, which took over 12 hours. Now, in the Windows Event Viewer, I have hundreds of errors under the System section, in one hour i had like 1000 errors.

Has the time come to replace the SSD?
