Is there no way to retrieve my lost account?

It's been over a year since I've played WUWA. Recently, I decided that I wanted to get back into it. I reinstalled and tried logging into my account, only for the game to make me choose a character and start from the beginning.

I've tried logging in with Google vs logging in manually, and one of those just made me start over again lol. I thought my account was just deleted, but my friend still has me added in the game. I've tried contacting support, but they wanted more info that I couldn't give them since it's been forever since I've played. They would then tell me to wait a moment before letting the chat end, and this would happen over and over again (they basically don't want to help me lol). I've tried emailing too, but they ask for the same information that I don't have.

The only thing I know is my union lvl, uid, nickname, server, sol 3 phase, and resonator showcase.

I don't know when exactly I've made the account, when I last logged out, what exactly my account has (weapons and resonators), or what my frequent IP address is since I've moved quit a bit and in college now. Is there no way to get my account back?
