Sound issue

I’m experiencing audio crackling/buzzing along with latency/stuttering issues. It initially seemed to happen while playing Fortnite, but it can now also start when no game is running.

The headset itself doesn't seem to be the problem. I have already tested the headset/USB side, and the same headset works correctly on another computer.

Specs: • AMD Ryzen 9 9900X

• 32 GB DDR5-6000 (EXPO II)

• Windows 11

• ASUS AM5 motherboard/UEFI

Things already tried/checked: • Different USB/headset troubleshooting

• BIOS settings checked

• ReBAR enabled

• EXPO II enabled at DDR5-6000

• BIOS CPU/voltage settings mostly left on Auto

• Tested gaming-related BIOS settings, but the issue still occurs

The problem seems system-wide rather than Fortnite-specific. I'm wondering if this could be caused by DPC latency, a chipset/GPU/audio/network driver, USB controller, or another hardware/driver issue.
