What should I do moving forward?

Hello! I will Graduate this semester with a 3.5 gpa, but most of my prerequisites were B or C. I calculated my science gpa based on an Excel sheet and it is 2.7.

Don't have any excuses? just the lack of foundational knowledge from high school, moving to the US 6 years ago and didn't know any English. I was very excited doing the extracurriculars but I didn't seem to enjoy and put effort on the science courses.

I haven't taken the mcat and I know I must have a competitive score. I guess now my question is what I should do moving forward.. Any feedback is appreciated!
