How did JamatoP/Spoke didnt got Problems with being in Clownpierces dimension ?

Like at first I could understand why not, with the prison being in the Farlands territory ,but in the Video ,where spoke used the Portals to attack the trading hall,he should be in clownpierces kingdom, and even more with clownpierce even before the end of this place, getting parrot there, and until now got nothing showed of a deal or Team up between the null and nether kingdom.
