Attack or Em for sands/goblet?

Hi, Im trying to build my Cyno for stellar conduct, i currently have gilded dreams set with em sands and goblet but idk if i should go for atk instead (Im currently trying to go for disenchantment set). I also have his signature if that matters.

And as a sidenote, I dont know who to team him up with either. I have odette and qiqi for 2 of his teammates but i don't know who to use as his 4th. I don't have yae, but i do have c4 alyosha, however im not sure how good he is without c6.
