2018 Pacifica misfiring, Compression Test Results

I bought my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica L in 2025. It's been having a severe misfire issue at all speeds, seller said has a blown head gasket. I tried BlueDevil sealer, didn't work, then started thinking that's not it. I did a compression test and .. what do you think of this:

Bank 1: Cyl 1: 149psi, Cyl 3: 145 psi, Cyl 5: 149 psi

Bank 2: Cyl 2: 135 psi, Cyl 4: 140 psi, Cyl 6: 128 psi

I see that Bank2 is lower than Bank 1, and Cyl 6 is lower than the others - but is this enough of a difference to indicate something serious within the engine (valves, rings, crack, gasket) ?

Engine has 180K miles. Spark plugs look worn, but all pretty much the same. I got a P0300, P2099, P304, P0305, P0300. Thank you for your help and advice.
