Link charges from GO Pass - unclaimable above 2000

Hi, just wanted to share my observations as I didn't see it mentioned anywhere. I spent all my charges on mega raids and had no issue but friend was mostly interested in armored Mewtwo, started with around 1500 and didn't use many charges today, after reaching 2000 and trying to collect more from pass reward warning popped up that charges above 2000 limit will be transformed to stardust upon claiming. Not sure if we ever had such reward in pass, but apparently they don't work like max particles which let you overflow storage limit. Wonder what will happen when limit goes down from 2000 to 600 again.
