Too damn many in this club

Getting ready to walk into a funeral home for a visitation for a 23 yr old who was killed by a wreck less driver. All I can think about is how her mother is feeling right now. Losing a child - a beautiful daughter or son you have loved for their whole existence simply because they exist- is by far the most heartbreaking experience anyone has to endure. Give me strength to not let my memories cloud my ability to comfort these people in their profound grief.
