Asking about RHFS Private Students Rooms

Moin guys.. I hope y'all are doing well!!

first of all I don't know if I'm violating rule number 5 of this sub but you can just let me know and I will delete the post immediately.

recently I got contacted by someone called "Ralf Höfter" and they are running like some private student dorms called "Right Home For Students"(RHFS) in Bremen.. all of the information provided by them seems really legit and also quite professional in how they thought of almost everything you might need to know about.. especially if you're like me, a foreign student who is coming for studies and with no information what so ever on renting in Deutschland generally and in Bremen specifically.

so my question is, does anybody know about them and if they are really legit?.. and also given that I won't make it into Deutschland before the first of October and examine the dorm myself.. can I really trust them?
