For some reason, it feels “wrong” to game on weekdays?

I just recently got into gaming and I’m loving it but for some weird reason I feel like it’s wrong to game during my free time on weekdays.

I’m a freelancer, so that’s probably a huge part of this. I try to stick to a normal 9-5 but on days when I don’t have any work, there’s almost like a shame associated when I put on a game? Like, it’s a Tuesday at 4pm… I shouldn’t doing this.. I’m an adult. But on weekends, I’m happy to game all day.

I’m just curious if anyone else has experienced this weird shame or guilt of gaming on weekdays, especially if you’re remote.
