Vyvanse is a joke

Every single time I take this goddamn drug it feels for the first 2/3 days like I have my life back. Then one week in I feel nothing but extreme fatigue, and just feel like shit. I increase the dose and the cycle repeats.

I’ve tried everything. I even tried just staying on one dose for a month to see if things level out. It’s a cruel joke. This medication has the potential to make my life so much better on so many levels. It takes away my depression, anxiety, anhedonia and gives me motivation. But it just doesn’t work longer than a week.

Why? It’s the only medication that works for me. Is there ANYTHING I can do? I eat good, drink enough water, sleep fine. I really want this to work so bad.
