buying an iphone 17 for the first time anything i need to know before buying it

its my first phone ill buy from my own money cuz i need it for my video purposes ill buy it on emi tho the offline store guy asked 35k as down payment and then a 16 month emi should i buy it now or wait for sale? hes selling it at 82k
