Subzero 550 - freezer leaking?

OOOLLLLDDD SZ freezer. a week ago, there was a huge puddle on the floor. Now this morning, the door was nearly frozen shut. After getting it open, it looks like water is leaking and freezing coming from the right side.

any ideas?

the drain pan underneath was completely full.
