Small Messenger/Satchel EDC Bag Recommendations for 14" MacBook Pro

Looking to get a good messenger/satchel EDC bag. Something small to take to work every day. I need it to take a 14" MacBook Pro most importantly, as well as some everyday basics like AirPods, wallet, keys, and multitool. So don't need anything too chunky.

Looking for minimal design but stylish. I like the whole utility/techy look of things, and love browns/greens/greys and want to avoid the boring black office laptop bag vibes. Budget is about £150/$200 max.

I'm currently looking at the Tomtoc T21 Large, the Bellroy Cinch Messenger 12L, and the ALPAKA Flight Satchel. The Bellroy Cinch is my favourite as it's stylish, comes in a few colours, and is basically as small as possible but whilst still having room to fit a 14" MacBook Pro, but I just don't like how the front pockets aren't secure — they're just elasticated. This is where I'd want to keep my smaller bits like AirPods and wallet but wouldn't feel safe knowing they're not zipped in (I'm a bit heavy handed and often chuck my bag into my car boot... my poor laptop).

Looking for some final recommendations before I pull the trigger on the Bellroy.
