Diptyque: must-visit boutique shops in Paris?

Hello! :)

My mother is flying to Paris after decades of not being able to, and she’s excited she’s going back to France.

She’s new to Diptyque and has loved the house. She’s only been able to try the tester eau de toilettes that come in 5 set pack. I also tried those, but was only drawn to Tam Dao. I want to sample the other fragrances that aren’t available in their pre-arranged discovery sets.

What boutiques do you suggest she visit (she won’t be able to do them all). Interested in:

— The beauty and experience of a store, design, etc (magnanimosity, either big or small). A breathtaking boutique.
— Availability of perfumes/EDT

She’ll try to go to St. Germain of course.

Lastly, are there fragrances that she can buy or get samples from beyond the ones that are advertised on the website (discovery sets only)? (On the website, not all aromas are available in 7.5 mL size). In store, is there a greater availability? Even if in smaller decants, 1mL or whatever.
