Weird plastic chemical smell from Airsense 11?

I am on night 3 of using the Resmed Airsense 11 CPAP. It is a replacement for my almost 6 year old Phillips Dreamstation. The auto start is pretty awesome and the machine works great. One quick question: does the strange plastic chemical smell ever go away? I am using the same nose pillows and headgear that i used with the old CPAP. I never noticed the small on the Dreamstation but it is very strong with the Airsense.
