About the clubs

I've applied only for extra circular activities (NSS)

I WANTED to apply for other clubs too especially for computer science or something related but

I dont even have any connections nor did I get any registration link or something from anywhere

Is it too late to join clubs?

Also if I couldn't, would this NSS save my ahh for the 4 credit thingy? Would I be facing any back or something if I don't join other clubs?
