Book of the Month not letting me sign up

For the past 2 months I've been trying to sign up for BOTM and everytime I get to the payment page it wont allow me to use any of my cards it keeps saying "Oops! Please double-check your credit card info and try again." I've used my debit and credits still no luck :((((((

anyone experience this ?
