transferring ps3 data with a broken wifi module?

is it possible for me to get my save data and console data to another ps3 when the wifi module is fried? I can’t get it repaired so I just wanna transfer everything to another system but I’m seeing that I need to have the ps3 on the latest firmware to transfer to another system, which is impossible because updating it would just throw it in a boot loop with the wifi module.
