I just started using digital amps and i need help

Hey folks i just started with all of that and i don't really get a good sound out of that compared to those insane videos i saw on youtube. Everything i try sounds muffled or just not right.

I have an Audient ID4 MK2 and a Hagstrom HJ500. The input gain is turned up halfway. The other knob is set all the way to “daw.”

I just want to play my Guitar. I dont wanna record stuff. So thats why i thought i could use the TONE3000 standalone app. Is the quality of the standalone version not as good as when i would use the plugin in a daw? I dont have a daw and would prefer to not buy a program when i just wanna play.

thanks in advance for any help. I would really love to just play and have fun with different amps.
