How different is Stellaris with all the expansions?

I ask this because I must have played nearly 500 hours without the expansions. I’m thinking about buying them all at once, but that would also mean giving up on some other games I plan to buy.

So, on a scale of one to ten, how different is the experience with all the expansions enabled?
