Am I being hit on?

There’s this guy at work that I find sexually appealing. His voice sounds like Antoni from Queer Eye, so when I close my eyes, I can envision myself getting a piece of that pie. I do not flirt nor am I all that outgoing with people at my job. I have never been hit on in public, save for one time at a gas station where I was propositioned for several minutes by a homeless guy, we were both stoned.

One day, this guy and I had a conversation about video games. Afterwards, when I was in his way, he stopped and let me go past him, saying, “No problem cutie patootie, you go on through.”
I replied my thank you, feeling a bit odd, and went on my merry way. He said this on another occasion, as well.

That same day. I was using the restroom, washing my hands. He had met me at the sink after using the urinal, greeting me with “yo. I had (got?) a hog grip”

Crazier words have never been uttered. I could only say, “real”, like a chud, before changing the conversation to talk about how busy it was.

Is this guy joking in the way straight guys do? I am obviously gay, I got the gay voice and I speak about my love for charli xcx consistently. How could he not know?

If he’s flirting, then I am unsure how to proceed.
