Anyone playing Bodycam in India?

I just got the game for first time yesterday, and it's so hard to enjoy, you can't see anything, no idea what ping I am playing at.

All I hear is random ass Americans all the time.

I feel like this game is impossible to enjoy without friends or a giga chad pc.

Anyone looking to play it together and can you suggest me some groups if there are for bodycam in india?
