MOUZ are heading to the grand final of BLAST Open Porto 2026, and they did it the hard way — grinding through a stacked bracket to get there. A 2-0 sweep of Vitality in the semis was the exclamation point, but the road getting there tells the real story.

**The Run**

MOUZ opened with a gritty 2-1 over Falcons, the kind of series that could've gone either way and set the tone for everything after. From there it was business as usual: a clean 2-0 over Inner Circle, another 2-0 over 9z, and then the Vitality statement win in the semifinal — also 2-0. Four series, four wins, zero maps dropped outside that Falcons opener. That's a team peaking exactly when it needs to.

**Who's Waiting**

Standing between MOUZ and the title is Spirit — the #1 team in the world, riding an absurd 10-match win streak through Porto and the Esports World Cup before it. On paper, this is about as lopsided as a grand final gets. But MOUZ have already shown they don't fear the matchup: five weeks ago at BLAST Bounty Season 2 Finals, MOUZ took Spirit down 3-1 in a Bo5. Whatever gets thrown at them Saturday, it won't be unfamiliar territory.

**The Stakes**

This isn't just another trophy chase for MOUZ — it's a chance to beat the best team on the planet on a big stage, twice in the span of a few months. torzsi, xertioN, Spinx, xelex, and PR have the form and, more importantly, the recent receipts to back up the belief. The grand final goes down Saturday at 16:00 CET, best-of-five, and MOUZ have already proven this exact matchup isn't a lost cause.
