OSAP hasn’t sent my money yet bc of one form not signed

Long story short- I’m waiting to get my disability form signed by my doctor and haven’t sent it in to OSAP. As such, they haven’t sent my money yet and tuition is due on the tenth. I know they usually send the money 7-10 days after the university confirms my enrolment, which they can’t if all my forms aren’t signed, but my question is- will Laurier charge me a late fee for this since they likely won’t send the money in by the tenth? Is there anything I can do to avoid this?
