[AZ] [SFH] Decisions made in Executive Meetings

Getting frustrated because our BoD has a "work around" for making decisions without Homeowner Input. The Executive members of the Board meet, discuss, and make a decision on whatever topic it is. Their claim is that, because this meeting does not constitute a quorum of the Board, they are not required to provide 48‑hour notice, maintain an agenda, or keep minutes. According to them, all they must do is inform the remaining Board members of their decision, and poof, it's done. Our Governing Docs say they can meet for an emergency when a quorum of the Board is not available between regularly scheduled Board meetings. Now it seems anything they think will be unpopular constitutes an emergency. 👀
